Reservations Policy
Reservations can be made by telephone or by using the book now button.
Deposit and Payment
All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and apply to all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are also accepted.
1+ Nights: Full amount (plus tax).
Cancellation Policy
We are a small lodge; therefore, cancellations affects us significantly. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Minimum Stays
Now accepting one night stays! Special discounted rates apply for weekly stays when available
Check In/Out
Check-in starts at 4 and ends when the office closes. Special arrangements for late check-ins can be made. If you will be arriving after the office closes please call before 5:00pm if possible to schedule a late check-in. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am. All vehicles need to be departed.
Parking
Each room has one parking space, we can only accommodate one car per room. We no longer have VISITOR parking on property. Your guests can park across the street in city parking. But there is no overnight parking. All others will be towed at their expense.
Pet Policy
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets including no emotional support animals.
Smoking
Rooms are 100% non-smoking. There is a cleaning fee to the credit card on file if we find guests have smoked in the rooms.
Front Desk Hours
Front desk hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday & Sunday.
Boat Docking Policy
First come, first served for registered guests. There are limited accommodations for larger boats (28' maximum) due to tidal fluctuations. Additional trailer parking fees apply. Trailer parking is off-site. |
